100% Sauvignon Blanc.  The wine has lovely depth and intensity and a Sauvignon pungency that is leavened by an attractive mineral character on both the nose and palate.

100% Sauvignon Blanc.  Pale straw in colour with green lights, this is a classic Sauvignon Blanc with gooseberry and pink grapefruit perfumes.  There is a little hint of tropical fruit but it is not overwhelming.  Clean, fresh and crisp on the palate with notes of passion fruit, gooseberry and a zingy herbaceousness.  It has a long, clean finish.  12.98% Alcohol
